[ございます]とは…「ある」の敬語表現です。
[gozaimasu]…is a humble (honorific expression) equivalent of "aru".
かんじゃ/りようしゃ：でんわは どこに ありますか。 スタッフ：あちらの エレベーターの よこに ございます。
患者/利用者：電話はどこにありますか。 スタッフ：あちらのエレベーターの横にございます。
Patient/User: Where can I find a telephone? Staff: There's one beside the elevator over there.
