[老人保健施設]とは…看護・介護・リハビリなどを必要とする高齢者が入居する施設です。老人ホームと老人病院の中間的な施設で、専門の職員が、入居者の自宅復帰を目指して、医療と介護のサービスを行います。
[roujin hoken shisetsu] A facility that houses elderly people who require care/nursing care or rehabilitation. Similar to a senior citizens' home or a geriatric hospital, specialist staff provide medical treatment and nursing care with the ultimate goal of having residents return to their own homes.
