[nursing process]…is a series of process which aims to find, and put into practice, the best cure possible for patients. In a nursing process these are five stages: nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing plan, nursing intervention and nursing evaluation. The observations documented through these stages is called the "nursing record".
