[shooto sutei saabisu (Temporary care)] In cases where a person cannot receive their usual care at home (for example, if their caregiver is ill etc.) they can be admitted to a short-term old people's home/nursing facility. This is referred to as a 'short stay', 'short-term admission' or 'temporary care'.
