Note
[Nanbanzuke] This is a type of dish where grilled or deep-fried meat and fish is pickled, together with red peppers and onions, in a sauce made from soy sauce, sugar and vinegar.
Example
なんばんづけは、あげた にくや さかなを、やさいと いっしょに あまずに つけて つくります。
Fried meat or fish is topped with vegetables and sweet vinegar to make nanbanzuke.
