Are you busy? (used when talking to someone senior or older)
Note
[oisogashii desuka]…is the polite equivalent of "isogashii desuka".
Example
スタッフ：すみません。いま おいそがしいですか。
じょうし：いいえ。いいですよ。なんですか。
Staff: Excuse me. Are you busy right now?
Boss: No. Go ahead. What is it?
