[soodesune]…is used alongside nodding as a response to show that you are listening to, and agree with, the speakers. [soodesuka]…shows that you are listening to the speaker, but may be used to express doubt towards their opinion. [soodesuyo]…is used by the listener to affirm the speaker's opinion.

スタッフA：らいしゅう、おやすみを いただいても よろしいでしょうか。
スタッフＢ：そうですね。ちょっと ちょうせいして みましょう。
Staff A: May I have a day-off next week?
Staff B: Well, we'll see what we can do.
