[soredewa gomen kudasai]…is used in visitting someone's house, leaving the place or saying good bye or hunging up the phone.
Example
A：また きて くださいね。
B：ありがとうございます。それでは しつれいします。
A: Please come again.
B: Thank you. Well, I'll be leaving now.
